Student accounts may be created by a teacher using:
Student IDs.
Alternatively, students can:
create their account and join a class using a Class Code.
Once student accounts are created (using any of the above methods), students can log in at app.businessu.org/auth/login.
Student Login with LMS
Once a teacher has rostered their class with an LMS, students can log in to BusinessU at app.businessu.org/auth/login with Single Sign-On. The page will display various Single Sign-On options. Students should choose the option that matches the method their teacher used for rostering.
If using Schoology, students may need to select the SSO Login option in the bottom right of the pop-up window. Type in the school name, select the option with the green arrow then click Log In. The school’s SSO will show in a pop-up window. After signing in, review & accept the permissions, and click Continue.
If using Clever or Canvas, students will be prompted to type in their school name first, and then log in with school-associated credentials.
Student Login with Student ID
Once Student IDs have been assigned and shared with each student, students can log in to BusinessU by clicking "I have a Student ID" at the bottom of the login page. Type in the Teacher ID and Student ID. The Teacher ID can be found in the teacher account under settings, then "Teacher".
Student-Created Account Login
Students can create their account at app.businessu.org/auth/login by clicking "Create Account" and entering a name, email, and password. From there, students use a class code provided by the teacher to join their class. The class code for the teacher can be found on the class page under the "Add Students" tab.
